This substantial one and one half story house was built for
Andrew Olsen in the mid 1880s. Olsen, a Danish immigrant,
came to Utah in 1854. He was a farmer and had two
wives. The Olsens later moved to Canada. This hall-parlor
plan house has a rear wing and is unique for its three over
five openings in the main façade. In 1890 the house was
sold to Jane Beck. In the late 1990s the house was acquired
and restored by the Mitch Burton family.
