This brick pattern book house was most likely built by Jens Hansen and later sold to Hyrum Jensen, Spring City Major and local farmer. “Hy” made an addition to the house as his family grew. In the 1930s the house was surrounded by numerous fruit trees. The Jensen family lived here for many years and thereafter remained vacant. It was sold in the 1980s and later purchased and restored by Midge and George Delavan.
